أَنِّي مَسَّنِيَ الضُّرُّ وَأَنْتَ أَرْحَمُ الرَّاحِمِينَ
Annī massaniya’ḍ-ḍurru wa anta arḥamu’r-rāḥimīn.
“Indeed, adversity has touched me, and You are the Most Merciful of the merciful.”
