Dua for entering the bathroom
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْخُبُثِ وَالْخَبَائِثِ
Allāhumma innī aʿūdhu bika mina’l-khubuthi wa’l-khabā’ith.
“O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the male and female devils.”
When to say it
Said before entering the toilet, and one enters with the left foot.

The bathroom is a place where devils are present; the Prophet ﷺ taught seeking Allah's refuge before entering it.
