Account Deletion – Sabr

Sabr (“we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy and giving you full control over your personal data. This page explains how you can request the deletion of your account and associated data from the Sabr application.

How to request account deletion

To request the deletion of your Sabr account, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to: support.sabr@gmail.com

  2. Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"

  3. Include the email address associated with your Sabr account

For security reasons, we may request additional verification to confirm your identity.

What happens after your request

Once we receive your request:

  • Your account will be permanently deleted

  • Your access to the Sabr application will be removed

  • Your personal data will be deleted or anonymized

We process all requests within 7 days.

Data that will be deleted

When your account is deleted, we will remove:

  • Your account information (email address, user ID)

  • Your learning progress (XP, memorization progress, activity history)

  • Any personal preferences linked to your account

Data that may be retained

Some data may be retained for a limited period for legal, security, or operational reasons:

  • Anonymous analytics data (which cannot be used to identify you)

  • Records required to comply with legal obligations

Important information

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.
Once your account is deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
